2. Prices
Prices are in euros. Consumers and homebrewers see prices including VAT (23%). Approved breweries see prices excluding VAT, which is added at checkout. The price confirmed in your order applies.
3. Payment
Card or bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped after the payment is received.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Portugal. Free Click & Collect at our warehouse in Sintra. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by writing to ola@beerex.pt (you may use the model form below). Return the goods within 14 days; return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund within 14 days, using the original payment method, and may wait until the goods are back. If returned goods are damaged or have been handled more than necessary to check them, we may deduct the loss in value. If you return only part of an order, the original shipping cost is refunded only to the extent it was charged for the returned items. Exceptions apply as provided by law, in particular to sealed products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. This right does not apply to business purchases.
6. Ingredients and quality
Store ingredients as indicated on the packaging and use them before the best-before date. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage or use after delivery. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to ola@beerex.pt as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo. If the parcel was damaged in transit, please also photograph the box and keep the packaging until the case is closed, so that we can claim with the carrier. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Business customers
For purchases by businesses, the risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, and any defect or shortage must be reported within 8 days of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply.
