Rhapzody (CIP 014) is a new New Zealand variety with an intense tropical aroma: ripe passion fruit, mango and berries.
Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil is a water-soluble hop oil. It is extracted from whole cones on harvest day, without drying, pelletising or solvents. It contains no bittering compounds or sugars that cause hop creep and dissolves completely in beer, leaving no sediment.
Used for dry hopping and in hop water; recommended dose 3–15 ml per hectolitre depending on the desired intensity. Shake the bottle well before use.
