Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil (New Zealand)

Nelson Sauvin is a New Zealand variety famous for its wine-like character: white wine, fresh gooseberry and grapes.

Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil is a water-soluble hop oil. It is extracted from whole cones on harvest day, without drying, pelletising or solvents. It contains no bittering compounds or sugars that cause hop creep and dissolves completely in beer, leaving no sediment.

Used for dry hopping and in hop water; recommended dose 3–15 ml per hectolitre depending on the desired intensity. Shake the bottle well before use.
