Brand:
Azacca is an American dual-purpose variety with a refreshing tropical profile: mango, papaya and pineapple with citrus and a gentle spicy background.
Combined with stronger varieties it tends to stay in the background; it shines best on its own or in a restrained blend.
Beer styles:
Pale Ale, IPA, fruit beers, Sour, Saison.
