Servomyces – Zinc Yeast Nutrient

Servomyces is a zinc-enriched inactive yeast nutrient by Lallemand Brewing, derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It supplies bioavailable zinc and essential trace minerals that active brewing yeast needs for healthy cell growth, faster fermentation starts and complete attenuation.
